Keto diet..... ok to stack carbs before gym?
Im on a keto diet right now and have lost 10lbs so far. But im weak as s*** in the gym. I cant rep any weight before i started the keto diet i was doing way more weight and around 6-10 reps. Now i can only get two reps with same weight. So my question is if i stack carbs before my workout would it mess up my keto diet. I need to loose fat first, so muscle gain is not what im after, i just would like to keep what strength i have. So bottom line will it bring my body out of keto if i stacked 60carbs before gym?

How long have you been on keto diet? What is your daily carb intake?

This is the second week. Im trying to hold it as close to 20-30 carbs a day as i can. Give or take a few. Ive been eating lean meat and eating vegetables. Also gonna add clen and t3 later on once i get down a little.

Ok, keto adaptation can take up to 6 weeks (Basically feeling like shit for that long). Now, if you can cut ALL OTHER carbs you could try a carb boost right before workout with:
5g Creatine Monohydrate
15 g MCT Oil in the form of pure MCT Oil or Coconut Oil (1 Tablespoon)
15g Carbs - high glycemic, easily absorbed.
Strong Coffee (as delivery method)
See how that goes.

Thanks man ill try that out! See what it does i hope i level out and after the 6 weeks i start getting my endurance back!
