McDonald's salads
They have lots of greens but that dressing is what's suspect. What do you guys think?
Also anyone know a good site on nutrition? I'm just starting out (haven't started the juice yet, and won't till I get my diet and routine down) and need to learn the basics and then some.

No! No no no!
I watched.. 60 minutes or Dateline or one of those late night news things where they did a study on all the resturants that are now advertising " Health-Concious Salads "
No!
In almost every case, the salads had more fat/calories then the regular burger/ other meal amounts. The almonds/oils/fried chicken that they add to the salad makes the whole expierence worthless..
Who goes to McDonalds for a salad anyway
Let me see if I can find a link or something..

I don't see why it wouldn't be ok to eat them there, but unless you have your heart set out on going out to eat, I see no point in going to a resturaunt to eat something you can make at home.. I mean, a salad is a salad pretty much anywhere you go; its not a trademark dish like other things.

You could, but personally I wouldn't. When I go to Wendy's with friends, I just get some free water and chill.

I checked out a packet of Wendy's dressing that was in the fridge at my work. There was 28 grams of fat in it!.
