Hey Guys / Girls,
I have been lifting for quite some time now ever since i started playing sports that require me to lift and work out. I think that i have a good workout right now but the main thing that is my problem is i do not have a diet in place. My goal is to lose the bodyfat and build muscle. So if you could give me some diet tips i would really appreciate it!

Don't try and bulk and cut at the same time.
