Uh oh...HELP!!!!
Went out to eat today after i worked out...Ordered 14oz of sirloin, cooked well, no fat on it at all....Now steak/sirloin can be bad for you. But this was highgrade sirloin...I was curious if anyone had the nutritional value for this??? I'm afraid that this may have been high in fat somehow....

Even if it was, it shouldn't matter. As bodybuilders we don't do "low fat" diets, and fat isn't as much an issue as WHAT you ate the steak with and WHEN. I use steaks when cutting all the time, there are essential nutrients in them, and when I plan out my diet I make sure my macros can accommodate the added fat. Bottom line- Don't worry about it.

And I'm pretty sure that if you want the exact calories you can find them at www.calorieking.com.
