    HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!

    Had my last drink untill Easter! Time to hit the cardio every morning, weights 3 times a week and get the diet back in check.

    Exactly the same as! Got to get my diet back, gym 3 times a week and a good 45 min walk with the dog every morning. I dont drink but I smoke so I have decided to stop......already feeling the withdrawal effects!
