Help needed for blood test analysis

Ok I hope I posted to the right section. I suspect I might need to engage more in this section.

So I done a blood test just to prepper for my 4th cycle, but after I saw the results I decided to hold back and looking for some advice here first.

I do not have endo. or any private doc looking after me at the moment. So I would appreciate any advice or links or references relating to this matter.

    FOLLICLE STIM. HORMONE *17.98IU/L 1.50 -12.40-range
    TESTOSTERONE 13 nmol/L 7.60 -31.40-range
    FREE-TESTOSTERONE(CALCULATED) 0.341 nmol/L 0.30 -1.00-range
    SEX HORMONE BINDING GLOB 21.49 nmol/L 16.00 -55.00-range
    17-BETA OESTRADIOL 147.9 pmol/L 0.00 -191.99-range
    LUTEINISING HORMONE 7.63 IU/L 1.70 -8.60-range
    D.H.E.A. SULPHATE 3.790 umol/L 0.44 -13.40-range
    CORTISOL 290.900 nmol/l 133.00 -537.00-range

I am 37 years old and 6 months after my PCT and results are not perfect. Testosterone and free test are just above normal range and estrogen is the higher part of the normal range.

Should I worry about this results? Should I consult with a pro.?

I am still within normal ranges so doctors not willing to discuss any possible treatment, but actually this is not the optimal range for me especially the testosterone.

I did not have access to my previous results because it was done through national health services and my consultants does not disclose the results. They only made suggestions when I was out of range.

Now I do it through private lab so I can see what I want to see.
My sex drive is a bit down and it really worries me.

How do these levels compare to pre-cycle levels?

Can you post the range for the levels in your BW? There are diff ranges for diff labs, since your in London, it could be much diff.

Were you taking any SERM (clomid or nolvadex ) at the time of this bloodwork, or some weeks before?

Next blood work you should try another lab, as this one presented calculated values for free testosterone , not actual reading/test.

I'd your issue is not with PCT nor cycling, looking at FSH/LH it appears your testes are a bit unresponsive, yet going by total T levels you won't score as hypogonadal/low T, I doubt any doc will be concerned about it.

How long it did last your cycle? Did you use HCG while on? Did you use deca ? It can take a good while for the HPTA to full recover.

Estradiol can show as high but actual levels might normal or even low as the standard assay isn't accurate.
