    Upright dumbell rows

    O I've heard these are detrimental to your shoulders due to the fact that the range of motion causes injury . Thoughts?

    Injury has more to do with strain placed upon the rotator cuff.

    If you are trying to work delts or traps there are better option available IMO.

    Excellent movement if perform correctly, you can lean in a certain way to transfer the stress onto the outside of the delt and also your wrists and hands are not restricted like they are when your holding a BB. Less injury using db than BB IMHO and always do them in singles rather than together
