Upright dumbell rows
O I've heard these are detrimental to your shoulders due to the fact that the range of motion causes injury . Thoughts?

Injury has more to do with strain placed upon the rotator cuff.
If you are trying to work delts or traps there are better option available IMO.Last edited by hellomycognomen; 04-20-2014 at 09:46 PM.

Excellent movement if perform correctly, you can lean in a certain way to transfer the stress onto the outside of the delt and also your wrists and hands are not restricted like they are when your holding a BB. Less injury using db than BB IMHO and always do them in singles rather than together
