    CNEPPS Bulking Cycle - Updated Weekly. PICS!

    Hey there - Just would like somewhere to post my progress. I'll update you weekly [most likely Sunday evenings] with all my lifts, weights, thoughts.. so on and so forth. Hope you decide to subscribe to this thread, and any input or suggestions are more than welcome. I'd love to hear what you're thinking about my physique, now [at the beginning of my cycle] and later [when I finish.]

    I apologize in advance about the picture quality. I've got to take them by my self, because I don't want any one I know knowing that I'm on the juice. The pics are taken on my cell phone, by yours truly.

    Cycle Outline
    Week 1-10: Equipoise [600 MG/week]
    Week 1-10: Test Cyp [500 MG/week]
    Week 1-10: Letrozole [.75 MG/day]
    Week 12-16: Nolvadex PCT

    Diet is GRAAAVY - I'm a freshman in college and our cafeteria is great - tuna, oatmeal, chicken breast, potatoes, fish, milk, peanut butter.. you name it, it's there for me to go to town on! Any time of the day, also, which is really nice.


    Real quick - just wanted to thank the MODS for all the suggestions, critiquing cycles and workout plans, this and that. So thanks guys!

    First injection of Test and EQ - nothing big, no lifting on sundays. Injecting into right delt, no problem. Can't wait for tomorrow!

    LEG DAY!!! 3rd best day of the week.

    Routine looks like this:

    *Everything seemed great! I was siked to finally be on the gear, so the hour in the gym flew by. By far my best leg workout to date. Hit the cafeteria after lifting and then off to study.

    *Don't know the weights, our rope machines on campus are different. Each plate is 12.5 lbs ... I'll figure it out next Tuesday.

    *Everything was gravy! Arms felt great after workout. Hit the CAF after lifting, and then once again to the library.

    Wed, Jan 24
    Shoulder Day AND second injection!!! Has to be the best day of the week. LOVE working shoulders. Injected in the left delt, and it bled just a tiny bit. No problems. 1 CC to the shoulder, NO Xplode to the belly, Me to the gym. Can't wait.

    Update

    Sunday Jan 29th
    Injected into my right quad. Hurt a tiny bit, only because it was my first quad injection ever. After injection, made a protien shake and then went to bed. Got legs on Monday... Keep ya updated!

    it's an accronym for post-post-workout.

    i.e. the meal that follows (approximately an hour after) the PWO meal

    1/30/06 Update

    Here's a quick update for ya.

    Monday, Jan 30
    Leg Day again. Did an injection in my quad last night, thought it would be pretty sore but definantly wasn't. Was siked up for todays session, so here's how it went.

    Went to the gym around 4:00 and got on the scale.

    New Weight: 233

    *Up 8 lbs from when I started [225]!

    Anyways, what follows is my routine:

    Squats
    10, 135 - Warmup
    10, 135 - Warmup
    5, 225 - Warmup
    3, 315 - Weight Acclimation
    6, 405 - Working set
    4, 405 - Working set
    6, 315 - Working Set

    *Was pretty pleased over all. My first working set @ 405 seemed to come pretty easy, but then I failed to get 6 reps my next set. On to Leg Presses.

    Leg Press
    10, 450 - Working Set
    6, 540 - Working Set
    4, 640 - Working Set

    *I was very pleased with my Leg Press numbers. Seem to be going up!

    Standing Calve Raises
    10, 315 - Working Set
    10, 315 - Working Set
    12, 315 - Working Set

    *Was able to pump out two more reps my last set. I plan on increading the weight next leg session.

    Lying Hamstring Curls
    10, 160 - Working Set
    8, 160 - Working Set
    6, 200 - Working Set

    *Felt real good to do the whole rack for six reps. I couldn't do that four leg workouts ago. I substituded Lying Hamstring Curls in for deadlifts - the lower back was killer after the squats.

    All in all was a good workout. Had two kids I'd never really talk to before come up and ask if they could get on my routine. I can't wait for a few weeks from now when my numbers are blowing them out of the water Anyways, there's your update! Have a nice evening - off to the caf.

    Just got my AIs

    Just like to post that I received my AI's from Anabolic Review Research - ordered them on Thursday and arrived Tuesday. Thanks ARR! Awesome customer service and shipping!


    I did notice that my Tamox Citrate looked like muddy water? I suppose that it okay being as the pictures on the site of letro and the bottle I received are two different things... is this how it's supposed to be?

    Diet

    Here's what my days look like, just to give you an idea.

    7:30 AM: 1 serving oatmeal, 4 eggwhites, 16 oz orange juice.

    8-8:50: History class

    9:30 AM: 1 serving oatmeal, 8 eggwhites, 32 oz orange juice.

    10:45 AM: 1 serving CytoGainer w/ whole milk

    11-11:50: Spanish class

    12:00 PM: Turkey/Ham Sandwich, salad, 32 oz skim milk

    1-1:50 PM: Geography class

    2-2:50 PM: Oceanography class

    3:30 PM: 1 serving NO-Xplode

    4:00-5:15: GYM!!!

    5:30: Whatever the caf is serving that day, usually chicken,rice combination.

    7:30-9:00 PM: Second dinner, Library

    9:15 PM: 1 Chicken breat and 1 serving CytoGainer

    11 PM: 1 serving muscle milk, then bed!

    So that makes six meals a day. When I get some more time I will add the calories and carbs/pro/fat and post them up.

    Appitite was waaaaay down today. I wanted to take a short 20 min nap and then go eat. The nap turned into a freakin 3 hour nap? Is this normal? Possibly from the Letro? Anyways...

    Thinking about adding some T3

    Anybody know if the ARR is potent stuff? Can't seem to find any info on this. Did all the research on dosing [taper up, level off, taper down], but can't find out if the ARR is legit.

    I know for sure ARR's Letro and Nolvadex is, it's working great so far.

    BTW - ARR is the freaking shit!

    *Freaking GREAT Leg workout. Have NEVER had a leg day this great. Classes all day, then hit the gym! Guys I've never talked to are coming up and asking ?s, which is nice to know people are noticing, but at the same time it gets annoying when I'm in the zone, so to say, and then I've gotta take off the head phones and talk to 'em.

    Weight is back up to 238! Glad about that. Also - bought a new IPod Nano, must say I love it. Got a bunch of music from my buddies computer and took it to the gym. Got a bunch of stuff on my lifting playlist - Senses Fail, Korn, Disturbed, Taproot, Hawthorne Heights, Pennywise.

    Pretty sure the test is kicking in. I'm basically walking around campus with a boner all day - weird I know, but good to know it's working.

    Did a shot in the rear on Sunday, went really smooth. A lot better than I thought. To be honest, I was nervous to stick it in my glute. I would of rather stuck to my delts and quads, but I figured what the hell. Sat down and stuck it. No problems what so ever!

    And again, another typo. Didn't mean to make it sound that way. I am running Letro everyday @ .25 MG and keeping the Nolvadex for PCT.

    Plan on running the Nolvadex 14 days after last inj. -

    4 weeks:

    30 mg/day
    20 mg/day
    20 mg/day

    I understand that my estrogen will rebound when I come off the Letrozole , so I plan on stopping Letrozole 4 days [half life is 4-6 days] before I start PCT. Think thats a good idea?

    No... Letrozole compounds in the body... That's why we advise that you start using letrozole 2 weeks before the start of a cycle.. so that serum levels will be elevated to coincide with the start of the cycle.

    If you stop Letrozole 4 days before PCT... and start Nolva at PCT.. then the letro will reduce Nolva levels by 47%

    I'd advise you switch to another AI (like Aromasin .. or if you can't source aromasin.. switch to proviron ... or a-dex) about 2 weeks before the end of your cycle... run that up to the poitn before PCT.

    Then start PCT in the normal fashion.

    I just noticed this....I would not reccomend doing triceps the day before you do shoulders. Remember triceps are heavy movers in any pressing exercise.

    do yourself a favour and extend the cyp for 1 week past the eq,start pct 18-21 days past the last shot of cyp!

    Yeah, I have noticed that some of my shoulder lifts are getting rougher on the arms. Not only that, but my chest days [especially bench press] is starting to stall out. I'll look up some more routines. Thanks for the help!

    Hey guys - I'm in a sticky situation. I am currently in week three of a ten week cycle of EQ [600 Mg/week] and Test Cyp [500 mg/week]. Everything seems to be going well with the juice, but here's my problem.

    My rugby team was invited to play in Mexico in early March.

    Being a starter, I am required to go!!!

    So, now you can see my delimma. Don't want to bring my juice with me on the airplane, so what do you guys suggest I do?

    Should I just end the cycle the day I leave and start PCT over seas?

    - btw, whats the correct time to start PCT w/ EQ & CYP. 14-18 days after last inj, correct? -

    Should I stop my cycle now and save the rest for another?

    I am in dire need of some ideas here! THANKS!!

    ohh bro i cant give any advice on cutting your cycle short. But bringing your goodies along for the ride is prolly not the safest thing....true if you go to prison you will have a lot more time to work out, but you wont be able to post your updates for me to view lol IMHO, you should not bring em with you

    I think you've got two options:

    1. stop cycle the day you leave... and do PCT overseas.
    2. Take a shot before you leave... take PCT stuff with you as an option.. but hit up a Mexican pharmacy when down there and continue your cycle.

    PCT would start 16 days after the last shot

    Hey thanks for the help Nark - I plan on taking a shot before I leave and hitting up some pharmacies down there. Are they literally pharmacies, like walk in, buy what I need and leave? That crazy.. hmm, kinda excited now! I might just stay in Mexico after the tournament!

    Nark - say I don't have access to any other AI like you suggested. If I just stop my Letro 2 weeks before PCT, think my PCT will be alright? I read that article, thanks for the link. I plan on re-reading it, because I feel like I missed some information.

    Anyways, the Letro is working nicely at this point. It's been a little over 2 weeks, and a little water around the chest is starting to decipate [sp?]. Thanks again Nark for all the help! Don't know where'd anyone on this board would be w/o ya!

    New Workout Split

    Here is my new Workout Split:

    Monday: Legs & 20 min cardio
    Tuesday: Chest & Abs [2 1/2 hr Rugby Practice]
    Wednesday: Back & 20 min cardio
    Thursday: Shoulders & Abs [2 1/2 hr Rugby Practice]
    Friday: Arms & 20 min cardio

    Our practices are high intensity conditioning, tackling, rucking, mauling and scrummaging. If you've ever played Rugby, then you know it's hard! I feel I am getting plenty of cardio while on cycle.

    ~ I was very pleased with my squats. I was concerned I wasn't getting low enough on my squats, so I decided to use a elastic band to show what was parrallel. Sure enough, I hit it every time, 8 reps. Felt great.

    ~Had people commenting on "ohhh twelve plates! hard ass!". Just because they can't do it for 8 reps, whatever Made sure to keep perfect form, as I felt last week my form was lacking. Got real low each rep, made that mother effer burn like hell!

    ~ Calves finally got fatigued on my last few reps of my last set. I plan on changing my calve workout for next leg day, probably to calve press on the leg press machine.
