    Seeing as how you haven't established any goals for body building, contests and such...... Looks pretty good....... The only think I can think of as far as good advice is to drop your body fat percentage. I'm guessing....drop 5% more off your percentage, and you'll start to see some of that muscle that I can see trying to pop through....
