I don't have time to post often. I usually just throw up a pic now and again to get some valued opinion. Been off the good stuff for 3 months now. That pic was taken about 4 months ago in the middle of a cycle which looked like this:
W1-3 Anadrol 50mg ED (Those green kangaroos) F*%KING POTENT!
W1-10 Test Enan 750mg W (Testoviron amps)
W1-10 Protabol 225mg W
W8-12 Winstrol 50mg ED
Hadn't done the Winstrol yet in that pic. I always do post cycle therapy so I don't lose much after a cycle - only a little water obviously.
Will post bigger pics shortly for those of you that are interested.

Local Competition - Heavyweight, came second to the guy on the right. I had'nt really dieted for the show. Did it purely for practice. I dieted for nationals later on - will post some pics of the national show sometime. I am from South Africa, we are not of the same standard but love it none the less.

start hammering those hamstrings/calves and you'll be on your way to mr. usa. I think your pecs are definitely your strongest part.
