Overall what are your stats. Biceps etc.
What was your beggining weight etc
Did you do a lot of cardio. What did your diet look like.
I wanna cut down to 190 as well so give us some feedback.

Approx 6 years of training Weighed about 165 then Aprrox 195 in pics
Burger King Diet
Crazy metabolism.....Stay cut but hard to gain weight

Be careful with the Burger King diet....once you get into your late 20's early 30's that will catch up with you fast as your metabolism slows down. As soon as you start to notice anything, just start doing a little bit of cardio or clean up your diet.
PLUS....you may look awesome, but your heart may be struggling with all that fat and cholesterol.
Good work...wish I could eat BK and look like you. I eat like a freakin monk and don't look half as good as you. Genetics rule the world...we live and die by them!

You look great. You can easily pass the 200lb mark if you get your legs up to snuff.
Genetics do rule. Only wish mine weren't so good at keeping weight off. I can eat anything and everything and not gain weight. I was on the BK, MCD and taco bell diet(I didnt really eat all these places but you get the idea I hope) with no weight change. In fact the more I eat the more I lose.. interesting conundrum.

Attempt to answer some questions-----
Yes, Im pretty confident that once I hit my legs hard, I'll be able to put on a lot more size, but im really stubborn
The contrast to legs Vs. upper body is unreal, its like a before/after
I dont think my head is that big or no ones ever mentioned it to me before :P
The last pic was an attempt at a good trap/inner back shot
All pics were taken cold at like 11am, before I went to bed
and YES, ive dabbled in AS, 3 cycles of app 12 weeks spread over 3 years
