This one was at 17 , when i first started hittin' the weights. 6 ft, 150 lbs. I swam competitively from 6 years of age through college so I really never hit my back or shoulders with the weights my first couple years of trainin'.

This pretty Much Brings Me up to date:
What I've really been wanting to do is post my first Competition cycle and the progression pix , which was last year about this time.I've really wanted to do this for a while , so please be patient as I ravage through my room for my Dated Polaroids, and my journal for my diet and other supplements. It will be a 12 week progression with pix taken every 7 days . Gimme a couple days to get started and I'll start posting .I'm mainly doing this for critiques, advice, suggestions, and of course to help out the Lil' ones.(Sinister Giggle)

I hit my back once a week with weights, and I usually do Deads with straps, Widegrip Barbell Rows, and Iso-Low Rows.
My cardio however has given my back the taper. Since I have bad knees I can't run , but swimming has always been the choice for me as far as endurance and Cardio workouts.I'll jump in an Olympic size pool , tie an elastic band around my ankles , put a water buoy between my legs (to keep them afloat), and then I wear paddles or "WEb Gloves" on my hands for more resistance and pull my body for 20 minutes. Then I will put my fins on and get a Kickboard and kick for another 20 minutes. I do this about evey 4-5 days or so but will be doing this much more often as I start tearing up. Give it a shot and tell me how your lats feel the next day.Last edited by Kid Shred; 04-11-2002 at 08:20 PM.

I have to second MMG's post about your being too tall to be a middle...
They should have a few shows where they have height classes so us tall people can stick together
Your avatar looks like a picture in an anatomy book...great jobWhat happens here, stays here

Thank you my lady, you are too kind.
I agree with you , I wish the NPC would categorize in height divisions. How tall are you?

Deadlift? hehe ....yeah, I wish.
Actually that machine is a generic "Hammer strength" Military press, but what I do is take the seat out ,place a bench horizontally in front of it, stand on top of it, face the Machine, rap up my wraps, and Wallah (French I think).......you have a Madman's Shoulder Shrug!!!!!!!! Now I can intensely shrug my shoulders when i reply to a puzzling question by saying, "uhh I Dunno!!" hehe.
Don't worry about it Canes, I don't care what people say or think but somedays 225 on flat bench just feels heavy (whether you're reppin' or Maxin'!!!) Don't get discouraged my brotha.Maybe try and stay away from barbell lifts for chest for a couple weeks and hit the D'bells on Flies and PressesLast edited by Kid Shred; 03-07-2002 at 06:19 PM.
