    Before I started this diet and training I weighed 176lbs of "fattness". I saw my self in the mirror, and said enough-is-enough!

    The picture below was me before.




    Stats at my best:
    Height= 5'6''

    Weight= 150lbs - I'm too light! Just ordered Finaplix D-I-Y kit

    Training = 3 years

    B/F = I'm not sure, maybe 6-7%

    Training = 1on/1off; cardio daily - 20 mins after training, 30 minutes on off days. Abs were done on off days.

    Prioducts I used to achieve results = Sytrax Adipokinetix, Triax, Guggulbolic, Medlean NorAndrosteDERM (hmm, don't think it helped), and Glutamine. No other cutting agents, or gear was used. However, this time I'm going on a cycle of fina/cytomel next month to see what I can achieve - hopefully more mass and cuts.

    I did hit a plateau after about 14-16 weeks - stopped burning fat, and lost hardness and strength. I think maybe changing my routine, or taking a week off, or two could help.

    You are RIPPED man. Why in the WORLD would you want to do T3/Cytomel when your already so shreaded? I would think you'd want to do a Fina/Cyp/Winny cycle to try to stay shreaded and add some mass, just my thoughts.

    Quality Abs. No need for LT-3 cause you dont have any fat left to burn, in this case Lt-3 will burn your muscle tissues. Happened to me.
