alright i took some pics earlier and hear they are alot of them turned out horrible w/the lighting and everything but here are some. im extremely pail so alot of the pics dont do that much justice but any way ill post a shit ton more pics after i start tanning

well diponyou been lifting since 14 but seriosly training for a coupla years now and im 19 about 195 in the mornin but it fluctuates through the day. thanks for the comments guys. oh yea im about 5-10

thanks for the comments guys but unfortunately i wish the rest of my body mainly lower half would grow as good as the traps. but those were the cards i was dealt just gotta keep blastin away at the legs.

thanks guys, yea the back is definately my strong point by my stubborn ass legs just wont grow. I dont know if i should keep training them twice a week or every other week and maybe give them more of a rest. shit i just dont know.

yup still 19 thanks for the comps guys and girls but pitbull as far as the legs go i always train em hard and heavy start w/squats then go onto leg press supersetted w/hacksquats then ill hit the leg extensions then onto calves pretty much 3-4 sets on depending on how im feeling that day. but i train the hamstrings more when i train my back.

leg training
What I like to do is a powerlifting type squat where you do 5-6 warm up sets of 8 - 6 reps increasing the weight every time to prepare for the heavy lifts and then 3 - 4 heavy sets of 2 -4 reps ad leg extensions or hack squats to this 4 sets of 10 - 15 . Do this once a week . Makes my quads explode into growth. Personally I think that you have too many exercises and not enough rest time in your current leg workout , would work fine for deffinition but not growth.

hey thanks pitbull ill give it a go next week. shit that makes sense too cause every once in a while for a few weeks ill kinda do a powerlifting routine on back days. and it seemed to work well but didnt even think ta do it for the legs. again thanks bud.
