    My pics .. still fat but on my way

    Hey gang,

    After a member PM'ed me and asked, here are my front pics.
    I am 5'11" tall and 262-264 (depending on water) and 30% BF.

    I am eating clean. 60-20-20 diet, Low cals and carbs.
    shake with flaxseed oil and multi vit twice a day.

    i drink a min of 5 32 oz cups of ice water per day. i am always drinking something might as well be water.

    I do cardio 5 times a week keeping 145 target heart rate for 30 mins , 20 mins for weight training days.

    I havent taken anything besides an ECA stack but things like that never make me speed that much so im still testing dosages.

    ok,ok,ok enough stalling here they are, be kind please im just at the start of my journey =P

    Wow looking improved. Keep it up! Try bumping the cardio up to 45 minutes on non lifting days, first thing in the AM. Good luck!

    Thank you so very much for the support.

    I have been fat my whole life so it was a trip to post pics. I really enjoy working out. Its amazing how much energy i have so far and i have lots to go.

    for real Buddha-Red,........look at the progress in just under 2 months so far (alot) think of where you'll be in a few more months, or even a year,...... and the fact that you enjoy the working out part is wonderful, alot of ppl give up because its hard work and they dont enjoy it, thats a big plus on your side already,..... I'm sure your gona have no prob getting the results your looking for, it sounds like you've got the right attitude and the will power aswell, once again, great work, keep it up..........

    yes you have definately changed a shit load,keep up the hard work,keep on your diet and yes up the cardio to 45 minutes on non-training days first thing in the morning before breakfast-talk about a start to a good day,it always helps me,but much respect to you man,keep it up and no telling where you will be in a year or two. josh

    great work, i have gone from 230 lbs and 40% bf down to 185 and about 20% bf , still a way to go , but just keeping at it

    i might have the balls to post some pics at some point

    Hey Buddha_Red, GREAT JOB, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! I know how you feel, I have been there...Keep up the cardio and like ravaz said bump up the cardio and do it first thing in the morning...you will be amazed how much more you will lose by doing that...also how many times do you eat per day? Try 5 - 6 small meals with your 60/20/20 ratio if you aren't already doing that...Again, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BRO!!

    You know, seeing pics of a ripped guy--then another pic of him bigger and more ripped is impressive, but having been fat & worked hard losing it, seeign a pic of a big guy get thinner is every bit as impressive to me.

    I know how hard it is to get a start getting in shape when you are very out of shape to begin with--so your discipline, willpower and dedication are truly impressive!

    Now, we're all waiting to see the September pics when you have a six-pack to show off!

There are not too many asses in here which is what makes this site the best around .And if there are a few they dont last .As you can see the boys had nothing but good stuff to say which is the way it should be after all the hard work .Keep it up bro looking much better
