Recent Shots trying to make improvements with time

    Edit: Updated 1

    1) Holding a good amount of water running more gear than I'd like to

    2) Dropped mg's by 1/2 swapped things around just a bit running basic mild stuff and dropping some water weight due to this. I have small ankles legs are looking good but covered up

    3) Still dropping more water weight but getting back to my real true frame

    4) Holding some size not like this first picture but looking a lot less bloated

Trying to improve not in a few weeks or months because you will always have your ups and downs. Things happen in life sometimes and you need to prioritize what's really important so training and nutrition may take a big hit at times and that's completely ok. You may go backwards big time but you can always get back to where you once were. My goals and the look I have are always changing. Maybe I will harden up dry up and tighten up real nice and get the freak look back next summer depends on how I'm feeling. One day I may get to where I want to be but until then I'll keep working. Love spending an hour at the gym a few days a week rather than sitting around at the house not doing much. It's absolutely worth the time and work put in if you stay humble and don't obsess about it.

Everything was impossible until somebody did it!

    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html
