    I'm not getin anywhere :scratch:

    I have just started my first cycle and was just woundering if some one could give me a simple meal plan. I'm finding my self always hungry and i eat almost every hour and gain no weight. My weight is 173

    Try eating about 300 grams of protein a day. Food and shakes!
