1. SSB Gm's from Pins (30" from floor): 65x4x3, 145x3, 165xMissx2, 145x3x3 I am 6'3", the starting point was 4 inches shorter than my inseam. My back was sore before we were done.
2. Glute Ham Raise: 4x15 No Contrast
3. Long Stap Re. Hyper: 140x3x15
4. Standing Abs: 80x5x12
5. Tri Recovery Band Pushdowns: 100 Reps
6. Hammer Curls: 40'sx4x8
