    Thumbs up Chains, My God They Rock

    Used chains for the first time today, did close grip bench working upp to 215 pounds(and 15 pounds of chains). and then jm presses with chains.

    Only have 15 pounds of chains right now but going to get more.

    I loved the way it was impossible to explode thru the motion like I always do and it realy killed the triceps in a unexpected way.

    If anyone here hasnt tried chains yet make sure you do.

    I cant wait until I find some cheap bands that I can use to

    You need to get allot more than 15lbs! try 200


    I tried chain deadlifts last week with 4 sets of 1" chain draped over each side of the bar.
    Was pretty impressed with the difference,

    Chains do rock! Get yourself some long chains that are about 60lb a piece and use them for speed squating. They're a little pricey but they eliminate momentum. Will put lots of lb on your squat. Good Luck!

    My dad probably has some old thick chains I can steal from him out in the cabin
