    2. Tri/Trap Bar Extensions (To Chin): 72x3x10, 72x7

    3. Rev. Hyper Lat Rows: 210x4x10 w/ each arm

    4. Standing Abs: 70x4x15

    hey a PR is a PR way to go bro. I think i'ma start doing that when i miss a high weight drop it down 5lbs rest some more/mentally especially and try until i miss or get it.
