For white fish (cod, halibut, etc.) I usually just use some dill and lay slices of lemon on top. Salmon I just grill with some pepper, maybe squeeze some lemon on it after. But I don't like adding a lot of extra on fish myself

Ditto, either lemon slices or limes. I bake mine though 375 for bout 20ish min. I've steamed it as well in wax paper, which turns out thicker in flavor.

Now if you are on a cheat day try this for salmon:
    Brown sugar
    Soya sauce
    margerine
Mix all three together so that it is a little runny and pour it inside the cavity of the fish and wrap in tin foil.
I didn't list amounts because it depends on the size of the fish. This tastes soooo good! Nothing better to have at a summer BBQ

Im gonna try that for sure, the only problem is that I cant stand that "fish like" taste hence I need some recipe to add some flavor to it. Its below freezing point so I cant use my BBQ just yet.

i cook my tilapia like this and it tastes fvcking great.

spray the pan with pam (i use olive oil spray)
add a touch of OO to coat the pan - heat on medium high
    rinse fish under water
coat with 2 tbsp. reduced fat pamesan cheese as topping
    salt and pepper to taste
pan fry on high one side for 3 mins (keep pan covered during)
turn and cook an additional 3 minutes

most of the OO remains in the pan so you're not getting too much fat from the fish and the oil. try it it, tilapia is definitely the mildest tasting fish i've had.

    Same problem here, try this:

Codfish (due to the mild flavour and essential fatty acids)
    onion
    lemon
    tomatoes
    parsley
    garlic
    white wine
    salt
    pepper

Cut the fish belly and put inside salt, pepper and garlic. Place the fish on a foil of oven proof paper long enough to be rolled aroun the cod. Put on top all the other ingredients, olive oil (just a lille) and a tablespoon of wine. Roll the paper and put in the oven pre-hated @ 390°. Leave for 15-20 min and you are done!

It takes only 10 minutes of preparation and 15 of cooking. Fast, good and healty... I always prepare few of this on my day-off and put them in freezer.
    Hope it helps...
