    collegen in protein bars

    i kind of like met rx protein bars. i think the one has 34 grams of protein. but the first ingredient listed is collegen, which to my understanding is extremely usless protein. if that is the main and biggest ingredient, what does that say about met rx protein bars and all protein bars in general?
