Hello everyone, i went over to proteinfactory.com to figure out what i wanted to get protein wise. Anyway, i came across Hydrolyzed 520, which seems to be one of the best for muscle repair. Has anyone ever taken this? I was thinking about mixing 1/3cup hydrolyzed 520 with 2 tablespoons of whey isolate along with 50/50 mix of 60grams malto/dextrose... would this be a good post workout drink? thanks for reading this!
