Too Many choices

Hey PPL,

I am starting the gym today after a very long vacation away. I have not stayed up with what new or what works well. I am looking for some advice for products.

I plan to use the old fashion methods:
Creatine
Protien
Myoplex Shakes



What I need to know is what compinies make the better product. I am going on a mass diet would like to add the supliments to it just dont know if celltech is still good. can anyone advise me on the recommended products.

I'd use regular creatine if you are using creatine, Cell-Tech is an over-priced item.

cell-tech is alittle overpriced, but if u add up the price of dextrose/creatine, n juice u mix it in, its not all that bad, also i dont think ull see ne better results then with cell-tech. JMO

Dunno where you shop, but yes, it is all that bad.

I can make about 30 times the amount of cell tech for half the cost.
