10mg m1t caps??

One of my friends has a bottle of 10mg M1T by a company called "Omega". The bottle says to take two tablets a day (20mg). But i've been doing research here that tells me that 1.) M1T is a very harsh substance, 2.) 20mg seems like a high dosage. How should he break up his dosage?

try to break up the caps if possible or search on how to make an oral solution

I keep doing digging, alot of people seem to get good results off 10mg/day. If this is the case could he just dose it 1x per day? Would he still be better off trying to find a way to break them up and go for two 5mg doses?

Depends on your weight and crap like that, read the M1T FAQ by NSA. Forget the 5mg x2. Thats BS just take 20mg a day and you'll be good. Heck I've taken 30mg a day and no probs. You also gotta do PCT when you come off M1T.
