Do you get enough Amino Acids from protein if you are consuming 1.5 x body weight, or should you also take an amino supp? If so what is a good brand, and how much do you need to take?

i use sportpharma BCAAs.

Never taken any form of amino supplement bar glutamine you should get enough from a well balanced diet.if not supplement them

I usually guzzle down a few table spoons of that Liquid Amino after a work out.. helps big time for me..
