    r ala and biotin

    Just bought some r ala. Why do i need to supplement with biotin? If I don't will it still work?

    Many people believe that ALA causes a biotin deficiency, that is why it is recommended that you take biotin with your r-ala. Yes, the ala will still work if you dont take the biotin. Depending on your dosage, the biotin depletion is not an issue for some people, while it is an issue for others. See how you react personally.
