Lower back and Abs
I know that a clean diet and a.m cardio will definately help. I was wondering what exercises would also help. I like most tend to have the hardest time toning this area up..Suggestions please!!!

hyperextensions for the lower back, Deadlifts for back as well, abs do crunches, trunk twists will tie in lower back and obliques. This should get it started.

My suggestion would be to do deadlifts, or if you can't do them cuz of injury or don't want to do them in fear of injury then do hyperextensions holding weight at your chest. For abs i would say do decline crunches with weight and hanging leg raises. If you do that, do cardio and eat right you should see results quickly.
