workouts
I was wanting to know the best workouts routine for a four day workout schdule. it is for four days in a row and i was wanting some new routines and guidence. Also it it true that "Hawthorne Root" is good for high blood pressure

i do a 4 day
mon , tues, wed-off, thurs , and friday sat and sun are off

if your gonna go with a 4day workout, do what devil said, 4 in a row isn't good, need some break inbetween. JMO

If you have got a lot of years of training under you belt then you could train 4 in a row..But if i was you i would stick too 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off....
