yea i was banned there also. Dont ever go to their forums. Jacob wilson has some decent articles there, but the little 13 year old boys that have their parents buy their creatine give ****ty advice!

great drawings of individual muscles + stretching/exercises for each minor and major muscle group. Probably not much use to advanced lifters, but perfect for those who want to check their form. Each exercise has an animated .gif of someone doing the lift.

the sad part of that site is that if you make any reference against religion they will ban you. now someone please explain to me why you would make available such a great site and then include some stupid rule like that. its retarded. nevermind the fact that for some reason i cannot register on that site and the admins never seemed to respond to any emails i had sent. but other than that great site. exrx is also an awesome site. u dont even know how many people in my gym ask me were i get some of the exercises i do.

I talk against religion all the time bcs im ateist... you just have to be civil about it and respect what other people have to say.

Yeah and I respect that but there are some people out there who try and force there views on other people thats one thing I dont like about religion is that they force there views on people (well not as much anymore but they used to do it allot in the past).
If you wanna believe there is an invisible man who sits in the sky watching what ur doing and he put down 10 rules you must follow or hes gonna send u too a place made of fire and rock thats your choice and im not gonna try and convince u otherwise.
Just playin bro just playin

Thank you. I was just coming on here to look for a work out routine. I always find myself at the gym running out of things to lift.
