    Triceps Day

    I was wondering how some of ur Triceps Day looks like. Lets see it ..
    Anyone ? Just post everything that ur doing on ur Tricep day.

    While nursing my current rotator cuff issues, this is my tricep program, done after biceps:

    3 sets rope pushdowns
    3 sets seated dumbbell overhead extensions
    3 sets weighted dips

    Without the injury it would look more like:

    3 sets weighted dips
    3 sets close grip benches
    3 sets seated overhead dumbbell extensions

    I used to have lotsa time but now I have little time so I combine chest n tris. The tri portion is:

    4 sets skull crushers
    4 sets pushdowns
    4 sets dips or dumbell extensions

    4 sets skull crushers
    4 sets v-bar pulldowns
    kick backs

    I do a chest/tri day and it goes like this for tris:

    Dip machine, close grip (4 sets, reps = 12,12,10,8)
    French Press (skull crushers) (4 sets, reps = 15, 12,10,8)
    Push downs, straight bar (4 sets, reps = 15, 12,10,8)
    and if I feel good, kick backs using the low pully cable (3-4 sets, reps 12-15 each set)

    3 skullcrusher
    3 rope pressdown
    3 straight bar press down
    2 kickback

    on occassion i switch skull crusher with close grip bench

    Nice. I am trying to improve my triceps workout. Trying to get some ideas of what u guys are doing. Thanks a lot for responses!

    my tricept is my best body part and heres what i do:
    3 set pulldowns
    3 set closegrip bench
    3 set dips
    3 set over head extensions

    *go heavy, i usually dont count, i go to failure....do this and ull be sore!!! i dont rest much, maybe 45 seconds
