What should i do to this workout?????
aight bros here it is i have looked and done numerious workouts and they all seem to work but this one is working the best so far what do yall think should i continue it or change it through some sugg. thanks a bunch...
mon:chest/tris (light tris )(heavy on the chest)
tue:back/bis/shoulders (light on shoulders and bis) (heavy back)
PSn those light days not really hitting the mucsle that hard just geting some blood flow... personally i feel that one mucsle is not enough a week and i think that twice a week is a lil to much so i did kinda both in a way at least let me no what yall think thanks alot

the only suggestion i have is space the shoulder day out. one day is not enough rest for your shoulders you need at least two days of rest in between each body part

to me it looks fine, but like he said about the shoulders, i think u should rest thursday and do them saturday..
