Alright i got a really bad schedule for the next few months at work, i have to be in at 5:30 and wont get done tell 8:30 or 9:00. Im tryin to figure out a cardion routine to fit in. I was thinkin of either like 20 minutes before and 20 minutes after weights or just doing weights one day then the next cardio and alternating like that. I know neighter is ideal but as i see it they are my only options at this point.
