    mY ROUTINE CRTIQUE

Alright, im currently not on a cycle but plan to hop on soon enough and hope to balloon up my arms (they are lagging). Will this 7 day split be sufficent without overtraining? Remember, I will be on juice during this, recovery will be alot quicker.

    Day 1- Back/bi's
    Day 2- chest/tris
    Day 3- off
    Day 4- legs
    Day 5- bis/tris
    Day 6 - Shoulders
    Day 7 - off

    Sound ok?

i guess you want to do arms 2x a week?

id switch up chest and back to give more rest for shoulders.

    looks ok.

never really tried something like this, let us know how it works out.

If you want to work your arms out twice a week, don't do it that route as it may cause imbalances IMO. Rather try and work them once directly and once indirectly. What I mean is - split your chest/tris and back/bis. Thus, for tris for example, they are hit directly when they are trained alone and indirectly when chest is trained. Also try keep a few days between working directly and indirectly. Try something like:

    Day 1- quads/hams
    Day 2- chest/bis
    Day 3- off
    Day 4- back/tris
    Day 5- shoulders/calves
    Day 6 - off
    Day 7 - off

imo opinion, working out your arms are not the most important thing for big arms. if you want big arms, chest, back and shoulder enlargement should be your first priority. any routine focusing on amrs imo is a waste. jmo

o, and if you think your amrs are lagging, just keep up with the compounds and they will catch up.
    1. shoulder day after arm day is a bad idea imo

exactly and also. have you ever seen a bodybuilder with 20-22 inch guns who cant rep out 8-10 plates on the bench press. or mil press for reps with 4-6 plates etc etc.

and about the deadlifts, forcing your arms to be somehow involved in moving 4-600 hundred pounds might get them to grow to
