effective work out for your glute
Hey guys. my whole body's been getting bigger but my glute is still small. How would i explode my glute? any good exercises besides lunges?

One of the best exercises for the glutes is deep squats. Just be sure to use proper form.

my ass is growing like crazy and i just do squats for it but i go pretty deep so i guess thats the reason

how do you do super wide sumo squats? im lacking upper glute part...i want it to be a lil bigger...
