help with this w/o program
started this a month ago was doing muscle once a wk for a year.. muscles feel recovered on days its time to do again.
mon-chest,bi,tri
tues-legs,lower back,abs
wed-shoul,back,fore
thurs-rest
fri- re-mon-w/o
sat- re-tues w/o
sun rest
someone help add take to make it work write over if possible..

if that workout is working for you keep it if not try
mon-chest,tri's
tues-legs,shoulders, abs
wed-back, bi's, fore
thurs-rest
fri- re-mon-w/o
sat- re-tues w/o
sun rest
thats kinda a wacky split w/ only 2 days rest

Or:
Day 1 - Chest, tri's.
Day 2 - Back, bi's.
Day 3 - Shoulders, traps.
Day 4 - Legs
Abs and Calves every other workout. I chose to take a day off at any particular time and just pick up where I left off in my routine... But normally don't take more than one day off in 8 days.
