Couple of importent questions I need some help with,

    Hey fellas,

I was wondering, how often should your workout routine change when off juice? On juice? And what are the best workout routines for mass on juice? And lastly, what are the differences my workouts make if on juice? What should change and what shouldn't?

    Thanks a lot brothers,
    -Matt

First off stop bumping your goddamm thread, it's saturday night, your thread ain't going down the list and people won't answer faster. No one is there and if you have no life, it's not our problem :P

Next, to answer your question, the same mass building principles apply on juice as when off. So do whatever works when off.

    Good luck.
