    HELP!!!! Just Injured My Delts

    I was doing military press 275 lbs and at the 4th rep i felt something very painful, it's like when u pull a string till it rupture, that type of feeling,
    so i stopped military presses and did flys (sideways, up right). now i have this baaaaaad pain with the least move, i applied some NSAI cream on, i'm also on Deca +Test E cycle, any ideas of wt i should do?!!

    see a doc so he can evaluate how serious it is, if you seriously hurt your shoulder girdle you're done with serious weight training so i wouldnt even take the slightest chance

    i was injured seriously 2 years ago between the shoulder and chest (the other side) it took 18 months to heal completely in which i went down fron 215 lbs to 178 lbs not agaaaaain nooooooooooo

    well in that case for sure see a doc and maybe stay away from the shoulder press
