    Looking for some advice

    Right now, because of work i only have 3 days a week that i can go to the gym. What do u guys think would be a good rotation to stick with. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

    Monday - Push

    Wed - Pull

    Fri - Legs/calves

    I like the way you say you only! have 3 days,,that’s all the time in the world to train bro, there is a number of routine you can do, a push pull week like S/C recommended or you can change It around..

    Push.
    Legs.
    Pull.

    Or

    Biceps, triceps,
    Legs calves
    Chest and back super sets,with 3 sets of laterals at the end.

    The list goes on, but remember that it is the hard work and consistency that will insure progress. a routine is just days when you train there is so much more that needs to go in to it. have a read do some searches ect, ect, ..

    sorry to sound like such a retard. but some muscle groups like shoulders require some pull and some push. im not quite sure what you are syaing.if you could give me some sort of routine that would be awesome. thanks

    pull i would think
    back, biceps
    i think thats what they mean by it
