What are some good exercises for your teres, the part of your traps that extend down your back how do you work those muscles, and what is your typical abdominal/oblique routine?
I cant due deadlifts or squats due to an injury

I didn't know it was called the 'teres' but I have something you might like.
Put a bar on seated cable rowing machine, grab it, sit down and do shrugs on the horizontal plane Your arms should only serve as hooks.
