need good exercises for a few lagging muscles..
What are some good exercises for your teres, the part of your traps that extend down your back how do you work those muscles, and what is your typical abdominal/oblique routine?
I cant due deadlifts or squats due to an injury

i would say pull-up's for the teres. i don't do abs.

trap 3 raises, shrugs front/side/behind. abs- upper/lower- weighted decline crunch, bends- side bends, windmills, twists- mid pulley twist, russian twist.

I didn't know it was called the 'teres' but I have something you might like.
Put a bar on seated cable rowing machine, grab it, sit down and do shrugs on the horizontal plane Your arms should only serve as hooks.
