pre and post CARDIO nutrition?
i just started doing some half decent cardio today and i really could do with this help. i know exactly what i need for pre and post workout nutrition, but what about for before and after cardio? im trying to cut up at present, got my diet in check except that im not 100% on what im asking
does anyone have any help? id really appreciate it

What kind of Cardio are you doing, HIIT, Low intensity???

If you're cutting I think cardio should be done on an empty stomach. Post-workout should be regular mix of protein and sugary carbs with no fat. Checkout the cutting sticky in the diet thread for more info.

yeha im doing HIIT cardio, but i dnt do it first thing in the morning
any more ideas?

HIIT cardio needs to be treated just like a weight training session, you need proper pre and post work out meals. Preferably Pro/carb.
