3 days on, one day off, repear routine
Hey guys, curious about one thing. Wondering has anyone ever done just one muscle a day eg).
Monday - Biceps
Tuesday - Chest
Wednesday - Tricep
Thursday - Day off
Friday - Back
Saturday - Legs
Sunday - Shoulders
Monday - Day off and repeat
So basically 3 days on, one day off, repeat.
Sure someone has had to try this? Just curious, dont; want to try it but curious how someone made out.
Imagine that if you only hit one muscle at the gym you can really blast it good.

The good thing is that you can get done real quick, say first thing in the morning, you can dedicate more time to nutrition, I enjoyed this routine immensely when I use to do it,Last edited by S.P.G; 10-19-2005 at 04:55 AM.
