tryin to reschedule my workout
hi guys i need to work on new schedule in other words wanan change my schedule
my old schedule is something like this:
mon-shoulder
tues-back/biceps
wed-bi's
thurs-tri's
fri-chest/tri
sat-cardio/biceps
and the reason for changin is cos i c little gain....and basically i wanna c gain on my arms
so wat u guys suggest as new workout schedule

thnx wolfey....1 more curiosity...like i was readon other threads here and some says like u can train ur arms wit other parts like u mention and some says on there separate days...as if u wanna work them twicw a week...or workin them twice a week is not a good idea...and i forget to mention i do cardio like 30 min, 4 days a week
that ok?
