    advice, thoughts, opinions on my workout

    I usually just read most of the posts(yes the newbie rules as well(lol) but the time has come to ask your thoughts, opinions on my workout routine.
    I work out from home, I only have 255lbs of steel, just order 300 more lbs but that is still 2 weeks away.
    Here is my workout for each body part please don't flame me too bad, I have very few friends (just moved to Hotlanta) where I live and nobody to lift with so know way to gauge how I am doing etc.
    Stats 6'5 270, bf uh...uh... under 20%, need to stay away from Ben & Jerrys hows that.

    OK and again thanks for your time.

    Chest-arms-tri's not in this order, just thru them all together for ya'll to critque, usually 4 days a week, 1 1/2 hours per session
    Oh and I drink 2 gallons of water a day if not more.
    205 3 sets of 10
    255 3 sets of 5/6
    push ups
    100-150 incline, decline and regular
    bent over rows 135 3 sets of 10
    bor-185 2 sets of 4/5
    close grip bench(tris/chest) 205, 3 sets of 12
    skull crusher 80-90lbs 3 sets of 10
    dips 3 sets of 100(sometime with 90lbs on my lower stomach)
    bench the head triceps lifts(not sure what you call them) 80 pounds 10-15 times, drop sets down to 20 lbs
    one right after another
    60lbs dumbell 3 sets of 10
    straight bar 2 hand curls 95 lbs, 3 sets of 10 each for close grip, wide grip and regular grip
    105 lbs straight bar, regular grip, 3 sets of 6-8
    concentration curls, 60lbs 3 sets of 5-8
    i do some other piddly stuff, upright rows etc but the above mentioned is the gist of it.
    can't wait til the 300lbs comes bought it from fittness factory 99$ not to bad.

    I am not a workout routine expert but just wanted to say fitness factory is awesome. Love everything I have bought from there. I am using Big Kev's workout and am seeing great gains, I am 7 weeks into it. Do a search and check it out, many people really like it.

    how are you splitting this program up--what days do you train what
    you dont do all this every time you train 4 x per week do you if so wow
    what about back,legs,shoulders ,ect
