    strength

    what is the best way to pack on strength? low reps heavy weight? im not concerned w mass at this point.

    The general idea is lower reps to force the CNS to recruit more fibres from rep one onwards, to perhaps rep 5 or less. If your CNS is recruiting more fibres all the time, it gets more efficient at it and you become stronger on all lifts. Training in 9-12 reps will give you strength in that rep range and pretty good strength in other rep ranges. Training 12-20 will give you endurance and some overall strength. Check out the westside stuff
