Should I be worried?
Wasn't sure what forum this goes in..workout or diet but here it goes..
If I was to do a class where I have to jog a bit, only Tuesdays and Thursdays, could this hurt with gains? I'm currently bulking but should I be fine if I eat plenty of carbs before and after or will jogging cut into muscle either way?

Light jogging will increase blood flow and use a bit of glucose and maybe glycogen. I very much doubt it will hurt your gains, especially with diet in check

When I was back in college, I had to take a class called Intro. To Phy. Ed. or something like that. We did the same thing. Is this a similar situation?

Basically. I told her I didn't want to do jogging because it was against my goals then I tried saying I have a bad knee haha. She called bs and said I'll be fine. Said we work with weights and do pushups/situps and plyometrics. Maybe I'll just try to sit out as much as I can.
