I guess I am curious why you choose to train Chest twice per week. If I were to do a 5 day split (I do a 4 day split), I would try to hit everything in 4 days and restart the whole routine on the 5th day. This way you would cycle through training one bodypart twice a week. For example:

    Day 1 - Chest / Shoulders
    Day 2 - Back / Traps / Calves
    Day 3 - Rest
    Day 4 - Tris / Bis
    Day 5 - Legs
    Day 6 - Chest / Shoulders
    Day 7 - Rest

    Next Week...

    Day 1 - Back / Traps / Calves
    Day 2 - Tris / Bis
    Day 3 - Rest
    Day 4 - Legs
    Day 5 - Chest / Shoulders
    Day 6 - Back / Traps / Calves
    Day 7 - Rest

And so on and so on...

    Good luck bro...

That looks pretty good. I think I'd move one rest day in the middle of the week and workout on Saturday

    Day 1- Chest/abs
    Day 2- Back
    Day 3- OFF
    Day 4- Shoulders, Traps, abs
    Day 5- Legs
    Day 6- Arms/abs
    Day 7- OFF

I like the way that looks.

Yea, I usually go home and work on the weekends so i like to just throw the 2 rest days together. my only issue was my rear delts being sore after a back day going into a shoulder day...since you got a rest day there, it should pretty much eliminate that all together...i also like to leave arms before a rest day so i can really hit them hard without having to worry bout doing anything for awhile.
