electric muscle machine

hey guys ,some one told me about an electric machine where u sit and then u put a gel like material on your body and terminals are attached to u sending impulses and creating exciting potentials in the muscle tissue cause insane pumps and muscular growth,anyone know what is that

it was originally tried in russia...

we all know that even with the use of steroids , without resistance training, proper diet, and adequate rest there can be no growth of muscle..

There are alot of short cuts, but the effectivness of TENS units, and ultrasound are very limited..

i know what it is, a waste of money. Why don't u just go buy one of those Ab belts, same idea, its all bullshit.

I had used one in rehab when I wrecked my knee. It was junk. They send shocks to make your muscles contract. It was no-where as effective as doing actuall exercises.

russian stim, works, most regular EMS machines do not have thias setting, imo i have tried the real russian stim and it doesnt do very much, it doesnt recruit as many muscle fibers as it would when doing a full rom exercise
